Linkfree ("Linkfree", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Datta Panchal ("the Seller"). By creating an account or using the Linkfree service ("the Service") you are entering into a contract with the Seller. Linkfree is a link-in-bio product that lets creators publish a public profile page, sell digital products, and track engagement.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have your parent or guardian's consent), and you must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam, harassment, or to promote illegal content;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• upload malware, attempt to probe or breach security, or interfere with other users;
• scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the links, text, images, and products you publish through the Service. You grant Linkfree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and your visitors.

The Service itself — including the Linkfree software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by the Seller and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use policy. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Seller's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
