We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Linkfree subscription plans and one-time digital product purchases made through the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and follow the prompts to request a refund.
- Or contact us directly at dattadevc@gmail.com and we will help arrange it with Paddle.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and Paddle's. If your subscription auto-renewed by mistake or you experienced a service issue, please contact us — we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing.
